Due to the difficulties in some countries (NAC) with payment the entry fee no later than December 15, 2014 and due to the appeal of the Chairman of the F3 Subcommittee, organizer has established a new deadline – January 15, 2015. After this date will be the penalties, as it is written in the Bulletin 1 Rev. 3.
